The teaching course «Resilience in Education: Ukrainian-Slovak-Polish-Czech Experience» for the students of Ostroh Academy continues.
The course has been implementing within the framework of the Visegrad Fund project «Resilience Approach in Cross-Cultural Training of Future Teachers in Ukraine and V4 Countries».
On September 21, Ruslana Kalamazh, Doctor of Psychology, Professor, Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student’s Affairs delivered a lecture about a university as an area of psychological resilience in the conditions of war.
Also, the lecturers of the University of Žilina (Slovakia) Mgr. PhD. Eva Škorvagová and Mgr. PhD. Eva Leláková gave the first lecture for students of Ostroh Academy. The speakers presented information and different insights on cognitive-behavioural therapy of mutism in the context of increasing vitality.
In addition, the students have already listened to a few lectures of the course. Halyna Handzilevska, Doctor of Psychology, Professor of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy, Head of the Project from the National University of Ostroh Academy gave two lectures on the topics «Psychological immunity and teacher`s resilience» and «Psychodramatic practices at morning meetings in elementary school: resilience approach».
PhD students of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the NaUOA were involved in giving lectures as well. In particular, Olena Ratinska shared with students tools for children`s resilience forming in the educational environment. Viktoria Kondratiuk held a presentation about resilience at school and family. Tetiana Chernous delivered two lectures on the topics «Resilience-approach and inclusion: music and activity» and «Orf approach in a resilient area».
Also, students will be able to listen to one more lecture by Professor Halyna Handzilevska on the topic «Ukrainian Folk Tales in Main Characters` Resilience Dimension: How and What to Read for the Children».
Vitalii Maksymchuk, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of the Ukrainian Language and Literature will give a lecture about language stability as an indicator of a strong nation.
The Slovak students of the University of Žilina will be able to listen to the Ukrainian lecturers. It is expected that on September 25th, Tetiana Chernous will share her experience and insights with the Slovak students.
